Program Improvement Plan
The Nebraska Family Portrait serves as the State’s strategic action plan for Protection and Safety. The activities associated with conducting the statewide assessment, participating in the Child and Family Services Review reaffirmed our commitment to improving the safety, permanence and well-being of children in Nebraska. The process of developing the Program Improvement Plan allowed Nebraska to re-focus and adjust Nebraska’s plan direction.
